Nebula
My primary focus has always been transparency, lightness, and repetitive marks and objects that represent the analogy of being an individual within a crowd. As well as the diversity among many shapes in response to things that happen to them, such as living things in water that take shape in response to the flow of water, the particles of dust cloud, and like humans themselves.
First, it was like an underwater world that has so many things going on in it. Then, it has evolved to be like a cloud of gas and dust occupying the space just as nebulas which is much more inclusive than the underwater itself. The common feature of both nebula and underwater is that everything in them, animate or inanimate, is shaped by their surroundings.
Scale and lines are the two main issues that I concentrated on. Scale to help define how we perceive space and depth in relation to what is closest and farthest away. The use of lines, on the other hand, provides information about the direction, which is one of the factors that contribute to the qualified perception of space. By avoiding the use of lines as contours, I attempted to create lighter and more transparent, indefinite shapes created by overlapping marks.
Rather than focusing on details by keeping the scale small, I attempted to create a larger area that encompassed everything.
